SERVICES OFFERED

Physical Therapy & Wellness
A Physical Therapist’s role is to assist children with achieving gross motor skills and functional movement, so they can safely explore their environment and participate in play.

Intensives
We offer intensive therapy services, customized for each child based on their needs and goals. Intensive therapy services or “intensives” are composed of longer duration, more frequent therapy sessions, and often consist of therapy sessions for 2-4 weeks, 3-5 days/week. Intensives are typically utilized with the aim of focusing on a specific goal, such as sitting, jumping or walking.

DELIVERY OF SERVICE

In-Person Consult
During consults we will discuss your concerns, any challenges your child may be having and the most important part…your goals and what you’d like your child to achieve in therapy! Your therapist will observe your child’s movement and skills during play, and will provide a formal assessment of areas such as range of motion, strength, balance and motor skills. At the end of your visit, we will go over recommendations and collaborate with you to decide on a plan of care that works best for you and your child.

Virtual Wellness Consult
During your virtual wellness consult, we will discuss your concerns, any challenges your child may be having and the most important part…your goals and what you’d like to see your child achieve in therapy! Your therapist will observe your child’s movement and skills during play, provide demonstrations of assessment skills and activities, and guide you through handling exercises with your child. At the end of your visit, we will go over recommendations and collaborate with you to decide on a plan of care that works best for you and your child.
